I have candy crush soda saga on my windows 10 laptop. I dowloaded the game from the windows store. The game in my laptop closes off suddenly on its own while loading.
It sounds like a software conflict which may resolve itself with updates. For now perhaps play candy crush by going in through your Facebook using Google Chrome etc?
