Candy Crush Soda - Quest items not counted properly

iPad version. I have latest version. I deleted game and reinstalled. Quest conquests such as coloring ball or candies not being counted, maybe 1 out of every 10 if I'm lucky. Many other people reporting this same problem for months and it never gets fixed.

Plain and simple, this is a long standing bug that the developers haven't fixed. I've done all the troubleshooting and it fixes nothing. Many of these quests can't be completed because it never gives credit when getting the items. You don't need screenshots. This is a systemic problem that many people have reported. Fix it!

I'm not sure if this is the problem you are experiencing, but the only ones that count are the ones you physically make. If they are created because of another move, they don't count.

Do you get credit for things even if you don't pass the level?

Yes, You have to pass the level to keep what you earned during the course of the game.
