Windows 10 app does not remember my Facebook user name and password

Question

Every time I start the app in Windows 10, I need to enter this information manually.  It also logs out very often even if I do not close the app.  In that case, it remembers the information, though.  I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and can point me toward a viable solution.  I have tried reinstalling the app, but it always does the same thing.

Thank you for your response.  If that's the case, I can deal with it.  The Candy Crush Sage app in Windows 10 does remember this information, so I was confused about it.

Hi John- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing this problem, I can understand that this must be frustrating. I have done a little investigating and this appears to be a fault/design flaw in the Windows 10 operating system.

Has anyone else been able to find a solution to this problem?
