It’s possible yoir gane needs to reconnect with King servers. Please try troubleshooting:
provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

My game has now lost the team, the bake a cake, all of that. I have no idea what to do. I don't know what I did wrong. Can someone please help me? This community thing is also very confusing to me on how to access any replies and sometimes I'm referred to King.com and sometimes support and sometimes to another place. I'm so confused. If someone could just email me..I really spend a lot of money on this game and now am about to quit it. The natural thing is gone too.. the champion things are gone.. it seems like I. At the basics. I'm on level 8100+ and I really would like some help. I've restarted my device, logged into another device. The picture of my profile has reverted to three different ones too. Sometimes I can log in with FB and also an email. Help me!!

Hi go to the place from where u downloaded the game. App store, google play etc. Go to the installed apps there and find CCSS. U'l find "About the game" there. Go to that and right down you'l find more info about the game like update date with the current version you using. Once u get that write it here from our CM.

Indeed @Lola_Pop. I’ve coses and opened the app already and no changes. Cake’s still missing. I don’t know how to find the app version, but I had to reinstall the app last week. Maybe you can tell me how to find the app version I have.

So, you had the event in your game, and it disappeared? Did you try to close the app, open it again, play a level? It sometimes reappears this way.

Help! I had to close cake event to play it later. But it has disappeared! Cannot play anymore? If event has to played at once, and you loose it when you close it, it have had been advised!!!!
