Was on level 778, game froze then restarted itself having connected to facebook

Haven't been able to get back to 778 as game restarted itself... Not happy as put quite a few hours in to get that far

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
