My game won't sync to Facebook because of my new email address? It is linking to an old account.

Old email account is linked to my game, but my Facebook account is now associated with my new email so I can't sync game. I did save my progress with the new email but I lost bars and power ups and the ability to link with Facebook. Can you help me?
