i downloaded the games of candy crush jelly and candy crush soda in my phone and i can't play them. i can enter to the games but it's for a while then the screen becomes black and i'm not in the game anymore.

What kind of mobile phone do you have?

In most cases a reboot of the device can solve many issues.
You might also have to try to re-install the games. Before doing so please make sure you have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom in order to save your progress, highscores and gold bars.
