Candy Crush Soda Saga Lives

Is anyone else experiencing issues when trying to Accept Lives from Teams in Candy Crush Soda Saga? In the last 3 days, I have lost 4 Lives after clicking on Accept because the Server loading wheel continues to turn. You would think that the Lives would still be there but no, they disappear.

Hello @Irene_Nagle I am sorry to hear you had a problem with receiving lives from your team members. You can try these steps below 👇 and hopefully you won’t have this experience again.
You can try this: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

I should have mentioned that I am playing this on my laptop. I did do a Clear Cache and the same thing has continued to happen. That is now 5 Lives I have lost.

Just like Irene and Kiara, I too have had the same issues over the last 3 days, and have lost 5 lives. Also like Irene, I too play on a laptop.
