I can see level 1091, but there is a maintenance symbol in the way.
By when stage 1091 will open to play?

The paint can/road sign means that there are currently no more levels in the game.
I normally check Facebook to see when there are new levels available in the game. Once the new levels are available you'll need to update the app on Google Play. If you have set your phone to automatic update you'll get the new levels as soon as possible. If you manually update your apps then head over to your Google Play app and update the game from there: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.king.candycrushsodasaga
I've just checked and can see that the app has been updated with new levels - 1105 in total :-)
