I´d first do some troubleshooting steps like clearing cache and restarting the PC. Then try again with https://www.google.com/chrome/
Try checking for updates for your iPhone, I just installed iOS 10.1.1 today. Check for updates for both your Candy Crush Soda Saga app and your Facebook app and restart your iPhone. See what it gives.
