How do I mark an answer as wrong?

Asked a question, got a wrong answer, this isn't one of those boards that automatically credits a wrong answer as right if nothing is done about it, is it?

So how do I report a bad answer? Posts do not return to the top when you reply to them so hence only the original bad answer person will see activity on it.
