All game features disappeared

Hi,

About three days ago all my game features disappeared except receiving and sending lives to friends. I can't see my team icon at all, can't bake cakes, no weekly contest, no arcade, etc. All are gone.

I tried restarting the tablet, restarting the game, logging out and back in. No change.

Player ID 11142601516

Android 10 tablet

Candy crush soda saga

    Let's try to understand what's going on πŸ™‚ Thank you for providing the info so far

    I assume that you don't see a connection error message (there was a connection error, try again in a bit) in profile settings of Soda app since you're able to log out and log in. Correct?

    If so, please try troubleshooting steps. I know you tried some already but clearing cache of Soda app may help with this.

    • check for Soda and device updates
    • check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
    • you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

    *In Android device, you should be able to visit: device settings - apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - storage - clear cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

    • which device do you use? (make and model)
    • what is the latest version of Soda app you have installed in your device?
    • please share a screenshot of your map

    Hello @Angel_Falls I am sorry to read you lost all your features πŸ˜”. Let’s try to bring them back.

    Have you checked game and device updates? What is your game and Android version?

    Please try : Close the game app, clear cache, close Network restoration ( that means, sign out from the wifi or signal, wait 10 secs and sign in again then open the Game App).

    How to clear the cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

    Then replay some levels and hopefully your features come back.

    Thank you both. The problem has been solved thanks to your instructions!

    All features are back now.

    I checked all updates (nothing was there to install) and confirmed there was enoughfree memory space. Then I cleared the game's cache and restarted the device (nothing happened). Finally I logged out, cleared cache, restarted my tablet, logged back in. Γ‰ voila!
