I had to re install from the app store but now I don't get lives on that version I only get them through Facebook..any ideas on how to solve this?
THIS ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED. It is marked as solved, but it is not anywhere near being solved. It is pretty clear that King support has no intention of fixing the issue. After two years of people asking the question, no viable answer has been received. Since they switched to only allowing access to their games, forum and support via Facebook...nothing has worked properly. KingCare doesn't care at all. I've uninstalled all but 1 of their games, and I'm about to uninstall that, too. I never receive lives from over 300 friends I have on the King.com website. It's inexcusable at this point that they haven't reversed their horrible decision to align themselves with Facebook.
Its not the Facebook version I have issues with its the one I installed on my surface pro, it worked fine until I uninstalled due to a different issue. I get lives fine on Facebook just not on the one I installed from the app store. I did do the fix with pushing notifications etc but it didn't works. thanks for trying to help though, much appreciated
When you reinstalled did you reconnect to the same Facebook account?

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
