I have cleared many levels however in weekly contest, it shows zero & offline?

    Hello @Ashok_ welcome to the Community. Yes it sounds like you’re offline. I recommend to check your profile.

    So click on the game app, click on profile, scroll down and check if you have to log in.

    If you are logged out you will see this:

    Then click on played before and to see the whole next screen scroll down:

    Now you can log in with your King or Facebook account.

    Do you see this screen?

    • Do you play via King or Facebook account?
    • Which platform do you use? Browser or app?
    • What device do you play on? Make and model
    • Which version Operating System do you have?
    • Which version of the Soda app do you have?

    Can you show me some screenshots what you see when you are on your profile or want to log in? To be able to help you, I have to see what you see on the screen.

    I cleared a level and still it says 0 (last one) & when I click on my picture, it says offline (middle one) on the top right.

    I play using facebook as well as king account.

    I play on desktop (Windows 10) app (downloaded from Microsoft Store) since there are no new levels available to play on iPhone or android phone. I am on level 9292. Screenshot of Login

    Do you also see that you are offline on your Android and iOS devices? Or just on your desktop? 🤔

    Let’s try the troubleshooting, maybe your game needs to reconnect:

    provided you saved your progress with a King account, go to profile and log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

    If it doesn’t work @Ashok_ can you please send your game ID?

    And please let me know if you see the same offline issue on your mobile devices.

    To find your game id:


    • Open the game app and select Profile.
    • Double-tap on the King logo and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your User ID.

    Hi,

    My User ID is 1865857235.

    I don't know about same issue with the mobile devices since I don't have any new levels available on them. Since today is Friday, hopefully new levels will be there. I shall check in the late evening and will let you know.

    Hi,

    New levels are added & unfortunately I am on level 9300 which is available only on my app on desktop. On mobile devices, only up to level 9250 are available. So I don't know whether the same issue is on mobile devices.
