i love candy crush soda saga but i can't connect, sync or log in I reset , uninstalled both facebook

i love candy crush soda saga but i can't connect, sync or log in I reset , uninstalled both facebook and candy crush no luck I play on my pc through windows store IE 10. I get no internet connection all though my internet works, cashe maybe damaged and catastrophic failure any suggestions?I can play but can't use any rewards ect your help would be appreciated. P.s. I can connect and play with candy crush jelly just fine

When I try to sync my king account with facebook when it brings up the login window for facebook it keeps telling me my facebook is incorrect - it's NOTI logged out of FB and logged back in

I suggest you try from another browser - for instance Google Chrome

If you have Windows 10 then you can also play Soda as an app:

Another option is to play Soda on King.com: https://king.com/play/candycrushsoda

I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress to King.com:

1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play and progress without any issues.

Angry about Double Charge
Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
