Hi! I want to have my progress back. Im already at level 500. Lost it when my old phone broke down. Unfortunately, i didnt connect it to my facebook (as far as i can remember). How do I get it back? Please hope to hear from you soon!
As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. If you didn't there won't be any back up, and without a back up there's restoration.
