can't play on windows phone lumia 635
the app loads, the bonus works, but when I click the level I want to enter, it starts to load, then crashes. I have tried cleaning cache, verified updates and so, and it still does it. I happens since last game update! Please, let me know what can be done from my end, if anything! Thanks.

I've seen threads where older Android and iOS are no longer compatible with the game: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-is-ipad-2-not-supported-anymore-for-candy-crush-crash

You might also have to try to re-install the game. Before doing so please make sure you have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom in order to save your progress, highscores and gold bars.

I have the same issue & have not been able to resolve after uninstalling & reinstalling. Also removed some stuff from my phone to see if it might be memory. Still not working!!!!Hi udazken!

I have been doing the same exact thing about all the steps and then it's still not working either. I have on windows. Lumia 640 and the newest updates for the games and the phone. Is there anybody that can help us in customer support?Hi udazken!
