I was on level 900 to be precise but i accidently formatted my phone.
I am not sure whether or not i have connected it with my facebook or email account.
So how can i retrieve my progress?
You can't connect anything to email, only to a Facebook or Kingdom account. If you can load the game on FB, you should be able to see if your progress was synced directly there. If it's not synced and you didn't make a Kingdom account either, there won't be a back up, and without a back up there can be no restoration.
