Hello.... I just completed level 1225 and although I can see the next level, the game will not allow

I have just completed level 1225 and there is a roadblock that is preventing me from moving on to the next level. I can see the next level but have no access. I played level 1225 again and won but the system still will not allow me to access the next level. I also attempted to re download the game but to no avail. Please help!

Do you not get the option to ask friends for help or anything? You should normally also get a 72hr timer or pay a 9 gold fee to get past it.

Daily rewards
I log on every morning to get daily rewards. Today it said i missed yesterday (wrong) and started me back on day one again. This has happened multiple times. please debug and fix!!
Charged but didn't receive
I was charged.99, 2 times for 1/2 hour of lives and a 1/2 hour of brown candies. Please refund $1.98
New kimmy looks good, but it honestly fits CCFS more.
The new kimmy is still cute, but i miss the little dance she does when you complete a level, and don't get me started on removing the silly "Alaskadask!" voice, the old one has way more animations, i don't think a revert is gonna happen but i wish this comes true, i mean, look how adorable she is!
