This seems to be happening to a lot of people who play on a Windows 10 PC. The good news is if you have a Window 10 PC you can download the game app from the Windows Store directly, much better than playing through a browser.

I am not using a Windows 10 computer. I have Windows 8, and all the other games I play work just fine.

I have this problem all the time and I'm on window 7 on a laptop. It loads and then I get the big exclamation point. I've tried to refresh - it still happens. I've signed out of FB and logged back in. I've done a disk cleanup. If I'm lucky, I get to play once or twice a day.
