Not received correct number of items of purchased offer still waiting for an answer

During the holidays I purchased a specialoffer in candy crush soda with 120 bars and 4 each of boosters

I only received 100 bars and 2 (or 3...) each boosters

I received a message in inbox that required the receive of purchase, that I sent more than a week ago, then I never heard anything else from your customer care....

Redeeming stars for island rewards
When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
