How to Unlink Two accounts

Playing the game from the same device has linked two accounts in Candy Crush Soda Saga {played via Microsoft store app}. How can they be unlinked??

    It's not possible to unlink 2 accounts once they merged, I'm sorry.

    At this point if you wish to restore the progress that is not visible anymore there's the option to contact Player support and ask them to manually restore the progress on a different King account you created (new email address). But moving forward you should really avoid to log in to 2 king accounts in the same device because the merge of the account will likely happen again

    contact Player Support from here and pleasae add your game user ID in the form so they can locate your account faster. (HERE's how to find your game user ID)

    I'm not sure whom you're replying to. As I said in my previous comment, nothing can be done to unlink the accounts, either they're both King accounts or King account and Facebook account, I'm sorry. Troubleshooting and updating the app won't fix this. From now on please use only the 1 account (2 accounts merged into 1) with the progress that is left on 1 device.

    I should have specified that contacting Player Support to ask them to manually restore 1 progress on a brand new King account (not involved in the merge), might be a viable solution only if you have a second device where you can keep the new account safely separated from the merged account(s). Otherwise the merge problem will keep happening again

    No, I wouldn't advise to proceed this way. You would be still at risk of merging accounts in my opinion

    The simple option is to keep playing with the account and progress that you see in your Soda app.

    If you really wish to start over, and lose boosters and levels then I'd advise to uninstall and reinstall Soda app which unfortunately will delete all your boosters permanently. but reinstalling is the only way to clean the app from any data related to the merged accounts.

    then create or use a new email address that is not involved in the merge. then create a King account which will start from level 1.

    As of now you don't have 2 accounts. You have 1 account but you can access it with 2 email addresses because the accounts merged. Player Support is able to permanently delete the levels saved in this account but I don't know if your 2 emails addresses will be linked forever in terms of King accounts or not after this. However, this is my opinion you should ask Player Support for specific details and the best solution to take in this complicated case.

    I did get a reply on yahoo id.. thank you.. but sadly its not helpful as I don't use Facebook to play King games. The app on my desktop computer is up-to-date. I am attaching two snapshots of my linked accounts for clarity

    okok..Thank you for the clarity :)

    I guess I will permanently delete my 2nd account... Then register again with the same email id. Do I have to contact you guys to delete the account or I can do that myself?

    Repost: Contact Player Support (customer service) )from here and please add your game user ID in the form so they can locate your account faster. Visit your profile settings in Soda app and tap twice on the King logo at the top. The logo will be replaced by a number which is your games user Id (HERE's how to find your game user ID)

    Got it! 😀 Thanks. I will leave the email ids as they are and will create a new King account with a new email id in case I want to go for it. 🤩

    You're welcome 🤗 just remember not to use the same device if you leave soda app as it is now and you want to open a new King account at the same time. I've never heard of 3 email addresses merged together, I'm not sure if it's even possible but be careful 😅
