I'm still waiting for the money that was promised to me on december 22nd 2016 !!!

On december 22nd 2016 I bought a special package which (among other items) contained 250 (or so) goldbars. After I had received the package I discovered that the goldbars I already had (23 or 26, I forgot) had disappeared. Soon after I had stated my complaint a payback was promised to me. However, until today (january 20th !!!!) I have received NOTHING !!!

Angry about Double Charge
Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.

J’ai acheter UNE fois des lingots et depuis je n’ai plus accès aux déplacements supplémentaires !!! Je suis une très ancienne joueuse et j’apprécierai de retrouver mes 5 déplacements. Merci par avance.

Why after help bake the cake it is saying I didn't help???? This ticks me off because I spent bars releasing the team and passing several levels!!
