Disabled Apple ID

On Feb. 3, while playing Candy Crush Soda, my purchase attempt was declined eventually resulting in a message stating my Apple ID has been disabled. I have followed ALL possible solutions (and then some). Could someone contact me explaining how to reconnect my now updated Apple ID and payment method info? BTW Sadly, my ID is disabled in ALL King games!

If you still remember Apple ID account and the question on https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid can be answered, turn to Apple to fix the disabled Apple ID, It's the only free method about how to unlock Apple ID. Another effective method is Eelphone iPhone Unlock, which will remove Apple ID in clicks.

This is really bad, do you try to unlock it by visiting https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid? Or use Two-step Verification? If you can't, getting help from Apple Support is the ultimate solution for unlocking Apple ID.

Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.
