"Something went wrong" when accepting lives from friends

Every time I try to accept lives from friends it says something went wrong. I canโt send lives or accept them??

Please try troubleshooting first: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not dataโ๏ธ)
Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

Do you want to send and receive lives from your Squad Team? Or do you have Social Hub and can't send or receive lives to these friends?

the Problem happened I think because I sent lives in the chat part instead of at the end of my lives.

I think I have saved accounts on Facebook and apple

I logged out and logged back in. It saved my level but not my daily bonus. Oh well Iโm just glad it working now. Sorry about all the trouble and thank you for all your help
