Candy Crush Soda Saga issues on level 375 - Windows 10 - Lumia 640 XL LTE

I was using mobile app on Windows 10 (on a lumia 640 XL LTE mobile). Few days ago it started giving loading issues. App loads when the internet is switched off but getting crashed when its on.

I tried re-installing the app (connected it with facebook to backup the game). It affected adversly and I lost 60 chocolate balls, 30 or 40 gum jelly and 30 or 40 fish yet found no way to load the app when its connected to internet.

Any reasons why?

There is no issue with the internet. Game works fine on my Laptop, Android phone but not on the particular Windows Phone. Tested all these options. Issue still persist.

Angry about Double Charge
Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
