I have bought fish three times but I haven't received them. Where are they?

I have just tried to buy fish three times but they don't show up. It says my purchase was successful but they are not there.

I have been charged for this and I think there may be a technical problem. Please could you look into my problem? Thank you very much for your help. I very much hope you will be able to assist me with this problem.
