By completing quests in Drought Season pass you get to interact the map in your game and fill it up with colors and items.
You can win boosters as well, of course,
The hints you're finding in the game and here in Soda community are referring to Soda Wand. I'm pretty sure Drought Season serves as a spotlight for Soda Wand, a new feature that is currently being rolled out to Soda players.
In page 1 description, Kimmy finds this new object when Soda Sea dries up.
Welcome to Drought Season! The Soda Sea has dried up, surfacing many surprises from its depths.
🌟 How does it work?
Kimmy is ready to hit the beach but finds instead a desolating scene on a drained out Waffle Wharf. As she digs around, she finds an odd contraption. Is that... a straw?
As mentioned, Soda Wand is still in the process of being released. I still don't have it in myself and it may take some to time to receive it since there are millions of Soda players out there.🙂

I like Waffle Wharf. The visual art is fine but adding a few bright colors in the background may be more pleasing to the eyes. Batula is an awesome feature. The quests are fun but are there badges for levels completed in a week? The cake race is a challenge. Overall CCS is a very enjoyable game.❤️

I only can judge the drought season by its final visual as I haven’t had the chance to play the contest yet ,so from What I have experienced from the previous contests I do like the vivid Colors , the Pride season was colourfull and a real success in my opinion.
Batula wonderballs is a real treat to the lucky players who get it , Kimmy’s Arcade is a great addition every week in winning extra boosters.
All these keep you entertained and you keep on playing.

I also finished all the quests but don’t know how to get that soda token that lets her explore the docks?? I paid for the deluxe prizes too. I seem to recall it saying 5 red drops is what she needed. Despite upgrading my quest prizes and finishing them all it seems I didn’t finish somehow as I’m still in that drought season. I only “won” three if the drops. I’m so confused lol 🤦♀️

I finished all my quests for drought season but did not get the Soda Essence Token?? I even paid for the deluxe prizes for the drought quest frustrating lol
