Game would not load. Got it open and my bars & boosters are gone. Never uninstalled or erased. Help!

Would open and crash for several days on tablet. Fire tablet. Added more storage. I did not uninstall or erase data and now my level is correct but everything else is gone. Will not open on my MacBookPro with Facebook to check account status there. Please help. Thank you for your time.

Don't worry, Gold Bars are tracked along with progress so If you could reply to my message with your email address connected to your game, I'll be able to tell you exactly where those Gold Bars went.

I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on mobile/tablet.
