Cannot update the latest version

I have been unable to update the latest version of the app. During installation it shows error-18 i.e. insufficient storage on the device. But there is enough space(~2.5 GB) on my device.

That message doesn't come from the game, it comes from the device generally. If youe certain to have 2.5GB of free available memory, I'd have a read of this http://trendblog.net/insufficient-storage-available/

That site information didnot work at all.When I download new apps they get installed but only candy crush soda cannot be updated.
