I've never had a daily bonus, boosters, spinning booster wheel or rewards

I play on a PC using Internet Explorer. All I see are the numbered levels. I win one and go to the next level. I'm able to send and receive lives to friends and THAT'S IT!! Fish tournament? Spinning Wheel? Daily boosters? Gold bars? Never ever had any of them. I don't get any rewards for finishing a level. I've finished in first place many times. Is this normal?

You're playing on a PC so your experience is normal. You need to download the app and play on a smart phone to get the rewards, daily bonus, and different tournaments with rewards.

But I get boosters etc. in my other King games on my PC. Just not Soda
