I'm passing levels but the timed level treasure chest rewards won't release. Am on android mobile, have disconnected, restarted and passed levels to no avail. Have approx 4 of the 5 available but won't unlock
Delete the game and forget about it is the only option I am coming up with! Like the game but getting annoyed by it, I could forget the rewards if only it did not take me back to number 1 and then I have to go fine the latest level I finished!
Same here and posted about it . Got an email with a riddle as an answer..saying you will find the answer to your question by answering it???? I dont get it. Still dont have my rewards.

I am having the same problem. I'm on level 364 and my last 4 prize boxes did not open. I did open but did not give the award. I am assuming there is no tech support for this game. I wonder if we will be awarded our items we didn't get or if we are just out of luck?
Me too. I am using iphone on level 965 now. Reward boxes for levels 958 and 962 both won't open. I tried reinstalled the app it didn't work (and i lost all the power candies i saved up when i uninstalled the app T_T), I tried going back to 958 to pass the stage again it didn't work neither. Please help!
Me too. I am on level 660 but reward boxes for levels 629, 633, 639, 647, 657 won't open.
