    Hello @freedom1654 and welcome to the wonderful King Community. I am sorry you are still having this problem. You can read some suggested steps that might help you here. In future, it is better to post issues and problems under the game Support area instead of the fun area, because that is where we usually check to see if people are having issues and if we can help them.

  • This is the third time I have lost internet connection with CCSS since Jan 31st 2022. This is very aggravating. I lost connection Feb 14,2022 and today Feb 23,2022. Solution anyone. I have had a tech look at my modem and phone. He told me problem was on the other end. I went through all steps to regain connection. Please address this,or let me know what problem is?

    July/ August, no internet connection. A week or so ago there was a thread that she delete the game and reinstall. I did that, lost all progress. Try to log in with FB account, says no connection.log in with email/King account still does not work. Searching fix here find nothing and on Google it is if the problem does not exist. Got out a second phone to play, still works, but has not synched nor can it give awards. Also just looks for WiFi. (I am using my WiFi and internet connection to type this)

    I am playing at the moment from the UAE, but this has not been a problem before.

    there's a connection issue that's been affecting players from UAE and currently there's no solution unfortunately.

    The problem is stll being investigated by the Game Studio. As soon as we have updates on the situation, we'll be sure to let you all know in the community
