Lost all progress after updating phone

I just updated my iPhone to the latest iOS and I lost progress on several games I've been playing for years. Most importantly candy crush soda. Thought I was signed in under my email and Facebook but neither will refresh my game. It did fix blossom blast. Please help!!!!
