What is the point of the fish boosters

I don't understand the purpose of the fish boosters. When I activate one at the beginning of a game, I get 1 fish that hits 1 spot. I would rather have the fish pop up at the beginning of the game and stay there until I decide to put it into play. Is there anything in future updates that will change the way these fish boosters work?

If you use the booster, then anytime you make a combination with fish during the game, you get double fish candy breaking up blocks. It's a great booster.

I have also wondered why the pre-chosen boosters had to be placed when the level starts. Would be nice with an option when to use them.

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
