Ad is frozen and can’t get to the game

There is an ad that pops up in soda crush that hangs and will not clear out, thus, unable to get to the game in progress. Everything else works fine until this ad pops up…. I had to restart my iPad several times just to get back to the game…. Here is a screen shot of the ad…

I'm sorry to hear about this and thanks for reporting. I'd suggest to contact Player Support (customer service) and let them know of the faulty ad so hopefully they can fix this quickly and possibly send you a refund.
How to contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "troubleshooting"- "why does my game keep freezing or crashing"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem, report the specific ad and send.
Since community manager is not on office at weekends, I'll be able to notify her on Monday only

@Pitty_Kitty Reported it. Won't be any refund as I didn't spend any money. Just hoping to get it fixed so game play can continue as expected.

I signed up for an account here just to complain about this. I sent a message through the King website, but all I received was a canned response about restarting the app if the game is frozen. The email suggested I come here.

I am having the same problem but only with this new Strawberry Shortcake video. I also sent a message and got the same canned response. There is a definite problem with this video. It is so frustrating.
Please someone should be checking this out and not sending canned responses

I am not having any problems now because the ad has not shown up again. It seems to have been removed from all the rotation of ads.

Seems to have gone away for now... I did have a temp fix. There was a small icon in the top left corner and when I clicked it, a black box popped up asking if I wanted to report the ad. When I did, the black box cleared out and the ad disappeared... Had to do this several times but it kept me from having to restart my iPad over and over...

Now there is a new one, the Lexus ad that won’t close. Not even an option to report.
