Game issue.
Hi I lost all my gold bar's i collected in graw a pet challenge which started on PRS .and, the challenge started all over again. It took me a long time to collect the bar's .will I get them back? The challenge has not finished yet. But now I have to start from the beginning by no fault of mine. I collected 45bars. Why did this happen? I know that other players have had issues with it as well.irs not fare if, I don't get them back. I worked very hard to earn them.π‘π‘π°π°

Hi @zainab786 I'm sorry your hard earned rtewards have gone missing!
Use the 'help' button within your game, as shown below, to report this directly to King - this way they can see your game ID and replace any rewards immediatelyΒ π

Thank you kitty. I've sent you 3 screenshot 's 1 with 2 gold bar's is the I first started the challenge. The other 2 screenshot 's I with 5bars and 1 with no no bar's. I started the challenge again after I posted them first time. If you understand what I'm trying to say. So basically I've started the challenge all over again. I hope they will give me my bar's back if I don't get to collect the original amount I collected in the first place. I'm hoping I hwillcollected all 50 bars before the challenge end 'sπ€π€π€π€π€.I tryed to post all the discussion to Lynette. But I can't find her in the thread. Hope you can pass it on. π€©ππ€ I collected 45bars when I started playing first time.

They would have to look into your game and see, so send them a message from within your game explaining the issue. Let me know if they do, or not?
