Sorry to hear about this. Well, at least I can say there has been a similar report to this from a player, so there might be a problem related to Facebook but I can't be sure. I can sumbit a problem report to community manager but before I'm able to do that, could you answer these questions?
I assume you did all these troubleshooting steps since you contacted support, correct? please confirm
- check for computer updates
- check for browser update. Check here
- clear cache of browser (see how here)
- log out from your account - restarting device- log in
- try using a different browser (mozilla firefox, edge, etc)
if the problem still persists afterward, please provide these infos:
- which device do you use play? (make and model)
- which is your game user ID? Visit here on how to find it on Facebook website, (browser). Unfortunatelu the text is orange and small, so it might not be very visible
I'll be able to pass this case on so the problem can be looked into

I have done everything suggested, cleared cache, logged out of FB, re started & logged in again, I currently use Microsoft Edge, but have also tried on Firefox. None of this has made any difference.
My laptop is a HP UKFMFPIK, I also play on a Fusion 5 tablet. It is the same on both, but only when playing from Facebook.
