I recently lost all my progress on Candy Crush soda saga. Can you help me restore it?

I recently updated my phone and lost all my progress. I always play on my phone connected through Facebook. I have emailed you regarding this and they say my info is saved in Facebook, but it doesn't show up in the game. Im on level one and need help getting everything back. Can someone help?
