My level 2589 is wrong

I got stuck at level 2589. From my playing CCS through the years, I determined that level 2589 is not playable unless you get extremely extremely lucky like getting two color bombs side by side for 3 times before your life is up. Out of frustration I checked on YouTube to find out how others could have cracked it. To my amazement everyone has 2-color (blue/green) candies but mine has 3 (blue/green/orange). I wrote to King Games and was told to clear the game cache and re-installed the game. I did it several times and across on my 4 Android devices my level 2589 still gives me 3-color candies. I wrote to King Games again two days ago and have yet to hear from them. Maybe it's time to quit playing.

Never mind. I went back to my iPad and level 2589 was correct with 2-color candies. Did it the first shot with 7 lives to spare. This is the 3d time I've experienced an unbreakable level on my Android devices but otherwise okay on iOS. The last time was the Android version was given far less lives than the iOS counterpart. The other time was level 1535 where the Android version required you to bring down two cherries but the iOS version required only 1 cherry.

And now it is back to three colours, thus making it yet another level where there is no skill, but waiting for a lucky set-up.

There is no skill in a game where you win ONLY when the program lets you win. It doesn't matter what move you make, the program decides what it fills your screen with after every move and so decides whether you win or not.

This level is solely about making a move as low as possible and hoping it fills in the screen with helpful combos. In other words, it just bores the living crap out of everyone.

Every level is now a bore fest. You would struggle to find a less tedious activity anywhere on the Internet.

Why I can't edit my profile?
I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
