Since you changed formats there are no candies in the squares, level 918, have to make blind moves.

there are no candies showing in the squares, level 918, can't see the right moves to make. I have tried lower levels, same thing no candies in the squares. this happened after the format change.

Hello David,
It might be that you need to update/clean or change your browser.
The most important thing is to check whether your browser is HTML5 compatible. You can check this here: https://html5test.com. If your browser achieves a score of 450 points or more, then you should be fine. If not, then you will need to switch to another browser to ensure a smooth playing experience.
I would also recommend clearing your browser cache if your current browser is compatible as old temporary files can affect game functionality: http://www.refreshyourcache.com

So I am am having this exact issue at level 190 shows the gum tiles, but no candies. This is the only one of your games I am having an issue with. The HTML5 test comes back with a 518. I have cleared my cache several times. That was the first thing I did. I am using Google Chrome. No other games have this problem. I'm currently playing Bubble Witch 3, and the Jelly Saga no issues.

I tried to send a screen shot and it closed the problem, the problem still exists.

Redeeming stars for island rewards
When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
