Played game in the morning signed off for 3 hours went back on line and my level was reset to one. Called what I thought was your tech support at 888-856-8651 which I spoke with two individuals whose names supposedly are Max and David. They were rude and seemed to be trying to sell me security software, needless to say they bashed candy crush and would not put me back at my level. Please help me.
