Candy crush soda has lost the ability to view the normal candies. All it shows are the special ones

When I log in and click play, it will show the "helper" squares that inspire what moves to make, but the regular candies themselves do not show. On a level where you start with "special" candies, those will show, but still none of the regular ones.

Already did. My browser is Chrome, and should work, according to the steps in the link

I've used all different browsers, made sure that they were updated, cleared cache and cookies on chrome (my default browser), downloaded Opera and Firefox (both new to my computer) and the only one that will work is IE, which I have upgraded to 11. And it is so slow that sometimes it won't load at all. Seriously, you guys should roll back the update and fix it so it works with chrome. You should also answer more than once a day....
