missing/invisible candy, squares are blue. Whats the problem?

Game loads and music plays but most of the game squares are missing visible candies. You can make a few moves blindly and get a match but games squares stay blue in color so game cannot be played. Is there a fix? You must be aware its been unplayable for days/week. What can be done?
