Why can't I play?

this is my 4th message to you people and have not even had 1 reply. I play this game mainly on my home computer and it is not loading the game. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and I still can't play it on my home computer. This will be the last time I ask for help I keep asking for help and get nothing. Whats the point in asking questions if your not gonna reply or fix the game.

Well I updated chrome haven't tried it yet but I have another question does playing the game on face book game room make a difference?
