Problem with Gameplay

Ever since you upgraded the game a few days ago I either get my levels removed and have to start at level one or when I do get to my correct level after having refreshed the browser then I can see the game but not any icons on the board. Kinda hard to match up anything when you don't see it. It used to be a fun game but now it's turning into a headache. Any info on what to do? Thanks.

Thank you for posting this here on King Care.

There are a few steps we can try which generally resolve all technical issues.

With this in mind I recommend that you first of all try playing in another browser (E.g if you are using Internet Explorer for example, then try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera).

Now please visit the following link https://www.whatismybrowser.com for help in clarifying whether your browser is indeed all up to date.

If the browser is not up to date then simply click on the Update button to install the latest version.

You can also double-check on this page https://html5test.com if your browser will able to play the game. Your browser should score at least 450 points, if it doesn’t then please look at the list above and download a different browser. Google Chrome is usually the most up to date and well maintained.

I'd also recommend closing all extra tabs and other programs whilst you play as these can often negatively impact the game performance.
