I have tried clearing my browser cache, updating my flash player, and still no luck on my computer using google chrome. I used someone elses computer on chrome and it worked fine. I would love some help! This is so frustrating!

I can't get them to answer me. They sent the link for the html 5 check, and according to that it should work on my computer, but it still doesn't. I'm still on windows 7, anybody on a different OS?

im on windows 7 64 bit and I Explorer is working it has no html 5 .......they were helpful 3 weeks ago now nothing.I can't get them to answer me.
