Losing my boosters

It has happened again!!!! I buy boosters then lose them!! Why does this keep happening? It only happens when I play Candycrush. Its not fair!!! I pay with my good money then lose them just because. I win the game using my bought boosters but then I don't even advance. I want another refund. This has to stop happening.
