Go to your profile page then click Notification Preferences. Now you should see what you're after.

Yes, I've tried that can only click on one. Would like to stop everything coming through. How can I do this, please

If you commented on a discussion of this forum, it's possible for you to customize your notifications preferences and stop getting emails from discussions you commented on/created/bookmarked etc
As mentioned by @simplyP, please visit your community profile to customize your preferences. Click on your community avatar on your right/edit profile/notifications preferences
