How do I get the 2 hrs unlimited lives not received in offer I purchased?

Earlier today I purchased a package offered for $6.99 but I didnt receive the 2 hrs of unlimited lives, any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated, Thank you, Cheryl McSwiney
